Rap Remix Review — A Catalogue of Miscellany is a limited-edition artist book by Irish multidisciplinary artist Elayne Adamczyk Harrington, aka Temper-Mental MissElayneous.
Born from a creative exchange with Dublin artist Pierce Healy, the publication began with Harrington modelling Healy’s eccentric sculptural jewellery for a series of photographs by Jennifer Harrington, and developed into a playful hybrid of fashion, performance, photography, Punk zine culture and Hip Hop aesthetics.

At its heart, the book is a catalogue of miscellany: fragments gathered from across years of Harrington’s life and practice — diary entries, rap and song lyrics, poetry, spoken word, phonetic wordplay, doodles, prayers, teaching materials, to-do lists, marginalia and other handwritten and typed ephemera. Collaged together, these seemingly incidental fragments become a visual and textual archive of a multidisciplinary creative life.
Part fashion catalogue, part artist book, part performance document and part personal archive, Rap Remix Review explores authorship, memory, language, identity and the restless act of remixing what is already there.
